I’m the host of this one hour show where I share poetry from my CD Love is Like This and my book Weaving of My Being. I also share newer poems, sometimes fresh from the week’s writing as well as poems from other inspiring poets.

Each week I talk about one of the Gates of Loving Inquiry. I also tell stories and suggest practices for your personal, creative and spiritual nourishment. Oh and I also play my favourite folk, jazz, world and pop music.

Mondays have never been my favourite day. So I find it amusing that they are now a day I look forward to. I found myself thinking, today (Saturday): I am really looking forward to Monday. And one of the reasons is that Ahava has her radio show on Mondays, and I am really enjoying it. It is a highlight in my week, and fills me with inspiration for the rest of my week. I just wanted to shout out to Ahava: THANK YOU for your excellent radio show, and keep all that inspiration flowing.

I am SO enjoying it. It is like an oasis of inspiration in the middle of my day, and feels like total luxury. I have taken to making myself a cup of very good tea and sitting down to enjoy it. It is a great break from work, and leaves me feeling refreshed and happy. Two weeks ago I listened to it in the bath, and that was divine. I got to relax, hear poetry, beautiful music and thoughts about loving inquiry, and sip my tea. Divine. Also, I got to dance to one of the tunes, so it fueled my fun-loving, barefoot dancing self. Yep. Pure bliss. Thank you Ahava!
