What is your most authentic artistic expression?
Loving Inquiry is a practice that can help you to open to your unique creativity, develop a healthy and compassionate relationship with yourself and others, and focus on what deeply matters to you. Through writing, as well as other artistic and contemplative practices, you learn to pay closer attention to the voices and stories within you and to live with more awareness and love.

As my creative mentor, Ahava encourages me to find imaginative ways to address the places where I feel stuck creatively, using my own artistic means of expression: words, collage, poetry, painting. There is always an ease in working with Ahava that feels like a collaboration. She encourages me to see the possibilities rather than limitations.
